Grover's Management Service - this division has been part of Dennis K. Ryan Realty Companies, since the mid 1970's. It was original formed when we became manager of a 750 unit apartment complex in a northwest Chicago suburb. Grover's over the years has managed many other multi-family properties.
Grover's has also evolved as a real estate consulting company. We have consulted to most of the major property management companies, hotel, motel and executive suite companies operating in the United States for the last 25 years.
Grover's also provides employee evaluation, property manager and agent, front desk, service employee including stores and restaurants within the properties shops. We train employees of these companies as well. Property evaluations and ideas to improve properties to make them more rentable are passed on to owners, portfolio managers, property managers, etc.
Grover's Management provide sales staff and fill in staff for new home and condominium sales offices. They also do sales agent and property shops for builders and lenders. Training programs are also available for these sales professionals.
